Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent New Car Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. Our Sales Executives are the heart of delivering first class customer experiences at our dealerships. Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during the car buying journey, ensuring service is right first time and every time.
BMW Warwick have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a customer service or sales background.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on the journey to buying a new car.
* Serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and customer experiences.
* Work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to provide high levels of service.

About You
* Good interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to engage face-to-face with customers.
* A full and valid UK driving licence is advantageous.
* You may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
* Candidates should have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement.
