We are looking for a Process Operator to join our Process Area at the iconic Thames Refinery.
The purpose of the role is to safely operate the plant within the Refining Area ensuring qualitative and quantitative production targets are met in a compliant manner.
What will you be doing:
1. Ensuring compliance is maintained towards all aspects.
2. To be aware of, and operate processing plant to the required safety, environmental, quality, hygiene and output standards liaising with process team.
3. To utilise knowledge and experience to solve problems as they occur, using judgement to call for more expert assistance as required.
4. To undertake Quality control analysis as appropriate and compare results against the specified process parameters. To adjust plant and processing conditions when appropriate to ensure specification conformity is maintained.
5. To maintain clear and concise communications (verbal, written and electronic), in the form of shift logs together with safety, environment, quality and hygiene records.
