Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Transform is looking for a Data Analyst to sit within the data analytics team.
* Performing ad-hoc data extractions using SQL to build analysis tables to answer client queries
* Support other areas of the analytics team with digital analytics queries using Google Analytics and Tag Manager to set up tracking
* Support BI and reporting deliverables where necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 1-2 years of hands-on Analytics experience
* Previous industry experience analysing a wide range of data sources
* Ability to work independently and work on multiple client accounts, meeting tight deadlines
* Excellent business problem-solving skills with evidence of developing creative analytical solutions to clients’ problems and telling a convincing story with data
* Ability to evaluate and query large unstructured datasets and provide meaningful insight and reporting metrics
* The ability to communicate and present findings to both technical and non-technical parties
* Able to work collaboratively within the analytics team, supporting other team members with QA of code and analysis outputs
* An understanding of how analytical outputs can be used to drive value in a commercial situation
* Good interpersonal skills
* Structured and methodical working practices and ability to pick things up quickly
