Requirements
* Curious about who thrives at Whatnot? We've found that low ego, a growth mindset, and leaning into action and high impact goes a long way here. As our International Logistics S&O hire, you should have 8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, logistics, carrier operations, cross-border commerce), plus:
* Deep, hands‑on experience in logistics — specifically within European markets — including direct carrier relationship management, customs/compliance navigation, and regional fulfilment operations
* Proven track record of building and scaling logistics programmes in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments, with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
* Strong understanding of carrier economics and the complexity of managing multi‑carrier, multi‑market logistics networks across the UK and EU
* Process and systems thinker — you identify inefficiencies, build scalable operating models, and default to repeatable systems over one‑off solutions
* Excellent cross‑functional skills, with the ability to influence and align across Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, and Operations
* Strong analytical judgment; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with SQL or analytics platform experience (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Hex) a plus
