As our new Digital Account Manager, here's what you'll be responsible for:
• Acting as the Central Point of Contact: You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal campaign teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment towards common objectives.
• Collaborating Strategically: Work closely with various team members including the Business Development Manager, Account Director, Digital Strategist, and Account Managers to understand client goals and maintain alignment within the team.
• Leading Organizational Efforts: Take charge of onboarding new clients and additional services, ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of the process including meetings, setup, and implementation plans.
• Managing Campaigns Effectively: Oversee campaign project management, ensuring all channels, tasks, and deadlines are organized and met or exceeded.
• Facilitating Information Flow: Ensure that fresh insights and data are integrated into the digital strategy effectively and shared with the team.
• Embracing Adaptability: Collaborate with the Digital Strategist to adapt and enhance campaign strategies as needed, keeping the team informed and prepared for changes.
• Crafting Compelling Reports: Translate complex data into engaging monthly reports and client presentations aligned with the overarching strategy.
• Engaging with Clients: Lead client meetings, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and serving as the main point of contact for clients.
• Managing Finances: Handle cross-channel invoicing, monitor budgets, and ensure accurate billing and utilization.
• Resolving Issues Proactively: Address challenges as they arise and provide valuable feedback to the team, escalating issues when necessary.
