Key Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face that greets and assists customers, booking appointments and guiding them to the perfect frame
* Sales Excellence: Dispense spectacles and drive sales with your expertise and outstanding customer service
* Clinical Support: Conduct initial clinical tests and provide valuable advice on contact lens care
* Reception and Merchandising: Manage reception duties and contribute to the store’s visual appeal
What We’re Looking For:
* You must be a Qualified Dispensing Optician and registered on the GOC
* Up to date with all CET points
* Ability to work full time
* You must be friendly, with an outgoing personality that puts customers at ease and a commitment to going the extra mile
Flexible Working
Weekend Flexibility: While weekend work is required, there is flexibility in scheduling, with the need to work either Saturday or Sunday
