About the Role

Responsibilities
* Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
* Deliver engaging lessons that enhance students’ reading, writing, and analytical skills.
* Support students’ personal development and academic achievement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a creative, inclusive, and high‑achieving English curriculum.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Strong subject knowledge in English, including literature, language, and writing skills.
* Experience teaching secondary school students is preferred.
* Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion for developing students’ literacy and love of literature.
