We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join our growing installation team.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys installation-heavy projects with a structured pipeline of work and high-quality accommodation when working away.
Role Overview
* Refrigeration installation work across retail, pharmaceutical and supermarket stores.
* Mix of days, nights, and occasional working away with refits typically carried out at night
* Working away approx. 20–30% of the year

Experience & Requirements
* Strong background in commercial refrigeration installation
* Comfortable with supermarket environments
* F-Gas certification essential
* CO₂ experience advantageous
* Flexible approach to days/nights and travel
Package & Benefits
* £38,000 – £40,000 basic salary (some flexibility for right candidate)
* Door-to-door travel (40 hour week)
