The role
Blue Pelican is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer for a part-time role based in West Malling, Kent. This position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work 3 or 4 days a week or shorter days if working 5 days. Candidates must be qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 4 years PQE in employment law. The role includes handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues and collaborating with the HR team. A competitive salary, bonus, and commission package are on offer.
