We're working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor delivering high-spec Design & Build office fit-out projects, typically with M&E values of up to £10 million. They're now looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of large-scale schemes, working with Tier 1 main contractors and leading delivery on site.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact, client-facing role, where your leadership, energy, and interpersonal skills will be just as important as your technical knowledge. You'll be supported by a Project Director who oversees the wider division and visits site on a fortnightly basis — leaving you with autonomy to lead confidently.
The Role:
* Take the lead on complex D&B fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover
* Coordinate electrical and wider MEP works across the site, managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with design, programme, and quality expectations
* Act as the key client contact on site — building trust, credibility, and long-term relationships
* Champion safety, efficiency, and communication at all stages of the project lifecycle
* Drive project outcomes with a proactive, solutions-led approach
Requirements:
* Senior Electrical Project Manager background with strong D&B delivery experience
* Experience in a client-facing role, ideally with Tier 1 main contractors or large commercial projects
* Ability to lead by example and take complete ownership of xsngvjr a project on site
* A confident communicator with the personality to win over clients and consultants
* Organised, driven, and focused on delivering results
