Job Opportunity: Part-Time Dental Nurse (Tuesday's & Wednesday's) Location: Esher (KT10) Salary: up to £17 per hour (To Be Negotiated) Responsibilities Preparing the surgery Ensuring the surgery is ready for use, including setting up the treatment room and making sure all necessary supplies are available Sterilizing instruments Decontaminating instruments using a multi-stage process that may involve scrubbing, soaking, and autoclaving Assisting the dentist Providing support during procedures, such as passing instruments, removing saliva, and ensuring proper suction Maintaining patient records Taking notes during consultations and treatments, and collecting and maintaining dental and medical histories Educating patients Providing oral health education and answering questions Maintaining a sterile environment Ensuring the surgery is kept clean and tidy, and that health and safety policies are followed Managing supplies Ordering dental supplies and managing stock Managing PPE Ensuring that all patient-facing staff have the necessary supplies, such as masks, gloves, and gowns Please let me know what type of role you are looking for and even if this would not be of interest please do reply and notify me.
