Four Seasons are partnered with a leading premium womenswear brand, who are known for their beautiful, sustainable dresses.
This growing brand is looking for an experienced Senior Dress Buyer, to join and lead the team on 12 month MAT cover.
About the Role:
* Working closely with the Head of Buying to executing comprehensive buying strategies
* Working closely with CEO and the team on the sustainability strategy
* Identifying emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities
* Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis
* Regularly liaising with suppliers and vendors
* Monitoring and analyse sales performance and inventory levels,
About you:
* Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience managing a team
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
