Corporate Associate – 4+ Years PQE
Location: Cheltenham (with hybrid flexibility)
Contract Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a leading Corporate team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value, complex corporate transactions within a forward‑thinking and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
* Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
* Lead negotiations and manage transactions from start to finish
* Provide strategic corporate advice to a wide range of clients
* Collaborate with colleagues across specialist teams
* Support business development and networking activity
* Mentor junior lawyers and trainees
* Maintain up‑to‑date legal knowledge
About You
* 4+ years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong experience in M&A, private equity and corporate advisory matters
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* Confident managing your own matters
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, ambitious and collaborative mindset
