Reading Intervention Instructor
Reporting to: All Through Reading Lead
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Location: Ark Victoria Academy, Talbot Way, Small Heath, Birmingham, B10 0HJ
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full time, 8:00am – 4:00pm daily, term-time only
Salary: Ark Support Staff Grade 5, point 5 – 12 (£24,790 - £27,711 FTE per annum). Pro rata salary £22,211 - £24,829 per annum.

* Individuals with experience in delivering effective literacy interventions tailored to children’s individual needs
* A passionate individual with high expectations of themselves and for the pupils they work with
* Teaching Assistants who share our aspirations for pupils and will inspire, challenge and motivate them to achieve

About Us
Ark Victoria Academy provides pupils with an excellent education through an ambitious curriculum, personal development and character programme, and an extensive student experience and extra-curricular offer.
