The Role
As an IT Business Development Representative, you'll specialise in new business generation and client development, working alongside delivery teams who support candidate sourcing.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Winning new business across the tech market (SaaS vendors, consultancies, end-users)
2. Building relationships with senior stakeholders (CTOs, IT Directors, Hiring Managers)
3. Identifying hiring needs across Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Cyber markets
4. Running business development calls, meetings, and client pitches
5. Managing and growing your own client portfolio
