Protection Advisor
Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused Protection Advisor to deliver tailored protection solutions in line with FCA regulations. This role is key in ensuring customers receive the most suitable advice while experiencing a first‑class customer journey focused on achieving the right outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough fact‑finds to fully understand each client's circumstances, secured lending, and protection needs.
* Deliver high‑quality, independent protection advice and clearly explain available protection products.
* Manage your diary effectively, scheduling appointments with customers and liaising with providers.
* Organise and manage your own workflows to support daily responsibilities.
* Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
* Maintain strong industry knowledge, staying up to date with new products and changes in provider criteria.
* Meet agreed performance targets and deliver consistent customer satisfaction.
* Embody and promote company values and the Believe brand.
* Proactively identify and resolve emerging customer issues.
* Apply Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all interactions.
* Attend internal and external meetings as required.
