Position: Plumber
DRS FM Services Ltd, part of the wider Raven Delta (RD) Group located in Swansea is seeking a passionate and skilled Plumber to join our expanding team.
In this role you will primarily focus on the service and maintenance of plumbing systems, with occasional installation work as required. You will collaborate closely with Managers and Engineers to determine technical needs; you will ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently and to the highest standard.

In return we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £33-35k per annum with opportunities to work Overtime to support our dynamic workload and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing, maintaining and repairing pipework for hot and cold water and heating systems in commercial and domestic installations.
* Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies.
* Prompt and effective response to all reactive maintenance issues, and help desk requests.
* Coordinating with the Customer and other building professionals on a jobsite.
* Understanding and following drawings, building plans and specifications.
* Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection without remedial works.
* Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work.
* Surveying jobs and collating information to allow budgets and estimating costs to be prepared.
* Participate in On-Call Rota.
* To work to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained.
* Minor installation work.
* Complying with environmental policies, procedures, and instructions.
* Reporting any environmental incidents or concerns to your managers.
* Participating in environmental training and awareness programs.
* Contributing to the identification and implementation of environmental improvement initiatives.
* Following waste management, energy conservation, and other environmental practices.
* Complying with health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions.
* Reporting any health and safety incidents or concerns to your managers.
* Participating in health and safety training and awareness programs.
* Following safe work practices, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions.
* Participating in the identification and implementation of health and safety improvement initiatives.
* Taking responsibility for your own health and safety and that of your co-workers.
* Following the documented quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
* Reporting any quality issues, non-conformities, or opportunities for improvement.
* Using appropriate tools, equipment, and materials to produce or deliver quality products or services.
* Participating in the identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
* Taking responsibility for your own work quality and contributing to the overall quality culture.

To apply you should:
* Hold a recognised plumbing Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
* A Gas Qualification would be advantageous.
* Full driving licence
This is a full-time permanent position.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, with potential for overtime and weekend work as required.
