A Chartered Accountants in Keighley is recruiting for a part-time administrator to join our busy firm.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering telephone calls; assisting clients visiting the office; recording transactions; onboarding new clients and processing anti-money laundering documentation; maintaining the client database; managing incoming and outgoing post; general administrative tasks.
You should have at least three years of office administrative experience.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Attention to detail.
* Experiences with Iris would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
* Confident and professional phone manner, with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to work on own initiative, and collaboratively as a team.
