Candidate Requirements:
* Full clean UK Driving licence essential
* Front line Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence Desirable however training can be provided to the right candidate
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Candidate must be flexible
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in the English language
* Must be able to work as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing and supervising operations staff and rosters of key areas
* Administer electronic time and attendance system
* Monitor patrol equipment and performance
* Key holding and alarm response
* Participate and advise in development of staff and strategic planning
* Monitor and oversee contingency planning of manpower
* To manage personnel in line with company Health & Safety procedures
* Collect, disseminate, and distribute to operational managers, all information regarding operational issues, which require immediate attention. Expedite follow up action as required to resolve such problems
* Driving duties may be required
* Addressing and dealing with complaints
* Coordinates with other departments to integrate and update all data required for internal systems and processes
* Ensure staff hours are manged in line with the European working time directive
