School Site Coordinator Full-TimeAll-Year-RoundBedlingtonLong-Term Temporary Contract Enhanced DBS RequiredWe are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Coordinator to join the school and team and support the smooth, safe and effective running of our large school site.This is a full-time, all-year-round role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and can demonstrate strong initiative.
* Supervising the day-to-day operations of the school site
* Leading and supporting the site team to deliver an efficient and responsive service
* Ensuring the overall safety, security, and cleanliness of the buildings and grounds
* Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and compliance checks
* Coordinating contractors and overseeing onsite works
* Opening and securing the school premises as required
* Responding to urgent site needs and proactively resolving issues
* Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring statutory requirements are met
We are looking for someone who:
* Demonstrates excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
* Has experience working in a facilities, caretaking, or site management role (school experience desirable but not essential)
* Is confident in leading a team and communicating effectively
* Is organised, reliable and can prioritise tasks across a busy site
* Shows a positive, can-do attitude and works well independently
* Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to undergo the check
