The Assistant Client Managers role is to provide an excellent service to our Castlefield clients. A successful Assistant Client Manager will work closely with other members of the team and with our Client Advisers to build and maintain strong relationships with the existing and new clients. You will also play a key role in identifying and looking after the business opportunities within new and existing client bank.

Responsibilities:
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for Castlefield clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support
* Speaking to clients on the phone and communicating via email
* Leverage your investment knowledge to assist in managing client portfolios
* Working alongside the Client Advice team and/or other Client Managers following meetings to discuss the client's circumstances and be involved in creating and implementing a financial strategy to meet the client's financial objectives and circumstances
* Making sure the implementation of solutions is completed accurately and in good time
* Ensuring timely processing of transactions and static data updates
* Articulating our services to clients and identifying business opportunities based on their needs
* Ensuring the appropriate software (iO, Pershing) is continuously kept up to date
* Ensuring client-facing documents are accurate and appropriate for the client
* Obtaining information from third-party providers
To succeed in this role you will:
- Have experience in a client-facing role
- Display enthusiasm, energy and positivity
- Have an interest in ESG principles, frameworks, and regulations, particularly as they apply to the financial services industry
- Proactively take responsibility for clients needs
- Have a good knowledge financial services and products
- Pride yourself on your organisational skills
- Be willing to complete L4 qualifications ( Investment Advice Diploma)
- Be a superior user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Collaborate well with other teams
