Headteacher – Wirral
We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Wirral to lead a specialist educational provision in Northampton, supporting young people who thrive in a personalised, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for a confident school leader who can drive high standards in teaching, learning, pastoral support, and whole-school development.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
Lead, motivate, and develop teaching and support staff.
Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum design.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture where all pupils can succeed.
Oversee the provision for pupils with SEN and additional needs.
Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and statutory guidance.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, external agencies, and the wider community.
Monitor school performance and implement effective school improvement strategies.
Manage budgets and resources in line with organisational and educational priorities.
Requirements
A degree in a relevant subject area.
QTS or QTLS (or an equivalent recognised overseas qualification).
Substantial leadership experience in a school (e.g., Deputy Head, Assistant Head, Headteacher, or similar strategic role).
Proven track record of improving teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and SEN best practice.
Excellent communication, decision‑making, and people‑management skills.
