This Commercial Coordinator role is ideal for candidates with a commercial buying merchandising or supply chain background with experience gained from UK retail or ecommerce that is looking for a role where they can use their transferable skills

The role:
The successful Commercial Coordinator will support commercial and supply chain teams and will have a varied role from processing orders to assisting with product sourcing to coordinating marketing.
In the role the Commercial Coordinator support the operations team with order entry and will ensure accuracy and attention to detail at every stage
The Commercial Coordinator will support with campaigns and product ordering for promotional activities including ensuring costs and stock availability systems are kept up to date and accurate
The Commercial Coordinator will contribute improving work flows and ways of working as the company grows and scales globally
Ideal candidate:
You will currently be working within buying, category, merchandising or supply chain with experience gained from the UK gained from the retail and ecommerce sector experience
As Commercial Coordinator it is essential to be able demonstrate excellent experience of working within a busy commercial environment where you have supported the end-to-end operation.
In this role it is essential that you manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure where no 2 days are the same
You must be able demonstrate a proven track record of high attention to detail and organisation with the ability to manage multiple projects.
You will be highly personable and engaging and will build relationships internally and externally with stakeholders being a natural team player
Preferably you will have had experience of working with an order management or CRM system
You will thrive in a fast paced start up culture that is growing, evolving at an extremely quick pace
It is essential to have excellent IT skills across Word, Excel and Powerpoint along with good data analysis skills.

Role is min 3 days in the office in North West London, 2 days at home
