Operations Excellence Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement production plans aligned with sales forecasts.
* Monitor the supply chain, anticipate shortages, and manage procurement to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
* Maintain the ERP system for accurate production data, warehouse transfers, and deliveries, addressing any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to translate sales forecasts into actionable production plans.
* Contribute to process improvements across operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize production workflows.
* Support company-wide initiatives with administrative assistance and analytical insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis on logistics and production performance.
* Collaborative and detail-oriented with cross-departmental workflow management and communication skills.
* Experience with ERP systems for inputting data, managing purchase orders, processing customer returns, and inventory tracking.
* Strong problem-solving skills with proactive issue resolution.
* Flexible and adaptable with ad-hoc duties to support team and company goals.
