Join a dynamic UK-based recruitment consultancy as a Marketing Executive / Recruitment Administrator, supporting strategic marketing efforts and keeping recruitment operations running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, intelligent professional with a background in recruitment and marketing to become the right hand to a high-performing team.

You’ll focus on strategic outreach via email and LinkedIn, keep the candidate database up to date, and support generalist recruitment activity for mid to senior‑level roles – from accountants and lawyers to retail managers and admin support. Occasionally, you may conduct candidate screening calls, but your main value lies in staying ahead of the revenue pipeline, driving engagement through smart marketing, and ensuring recruitment operations are seamless.

Salary: R25 000 - R28 000


Responsibilities

* Collaborate with recruiters to implement targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns using Outlook and LinkedIn tools.
* Strategically re‑engage warm leads and past candidates from the database – no cold sourcing or mass emailing.
* Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
* Support generalist recruitment processes for a range of roles, including accountants, legal professionals, retail managers, and admin staff.
* Conduct occasional screening calls where necessary.
* Monitor ongoing revenue pipelines and ensure all marketing and admin activity supports business targets.
* Assist in managing communication challenges with offshore stakeholders.
* Provide intelligent, reliable administrative support – acting as the operational backbone of the team.


Qualifications and Experience

* 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment or recruitment marketing role.
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Outlook for professional communication and lead engagement.
* Previous experience managing candidate databases or CRM systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – especially in professional email correspondence.
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to keep processes and data streamlined.
* Tech‑savvy and confident in using recruitment tools and platforms.
* Access to a reliable laptop and high‑speed internet connection is essential.
