Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, and outdoor areas
* Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and minor handyman tasks
* Ensure the school site is secure, including locking and unlocking buildings and monitoring access
* Set up and take down furniture or equipment for events, assemblies, or activities
* Monitor the condition of the building and report any maintenance issues
* Oversee waste disposal, cleaning supplies, and basic stock management
* Support health and safety compliance, including fire alarm testing and emergency procedures
* Assist with deliveries and moving of school resources
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment
* Work collaboratively with school staff and contractors as required

* Have previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role
* Be practical, hands-on, and proactive
