Description Recruitment administration: Post approved adverts, coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communications, and maintain an up‑to‑date interview tracker. Offer & onboarding documentation: Prepare offer letters, contracts/variations and induction packs within one working day of approval; ensure all new‑starter paperwork is complete and filed. HR records & data hygiene: Bring personnel files and HRIS fields fully up to date; clear any backlog of filing and align document naming/storage to our standards. Inductions & probation checkpoints: Issue induction schedules and book all probation review meetings already due or falling within the period; maintain a live tracker. Routine HR correspondence: Draft routine HR letters and emails (e.g. confirmations, references, standard notifications) for sign‑off and dispatch.
