As a KS2 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum Prepare pupils effectively for end-of-key-stage assessments (including SATs where applicable) Promote high standards in reading, writing, mathematics, and foundation subjects Use assessment data to inform planning and drive pupil progress Differentiate effectively to support SEND pupils and stretch higher-attaining learners Foster independence, critical thinking, and collaborative learning Build strong partnerships with parents and carers Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum Have experience preparing pupils for statutory assessments (not essential) Be committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for all Show strong classroom management and organisational skills Be reflective, proactive, and eager to develop professionally Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for upper primary education If you are a motivated KS2 Teacher ready to take the next step in your career within a supportive and ambitious primary school, we would love to hear from you.
