Our team prides itself on quality, professionalism, and customer care. We are now recruiting a Temporary Fire & Flood Restoration Technician. Role Overview As a Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality restoration services to customers affected by fire, flood, or accidental damage. You will represent the business on-site, carrying out assessments, restoration activities, and cleaning tasks while providing excellent customer service. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and supporting customers during challenging situations. Key Responsibilities • Provide effective restoration solutions for fire, and accidental damage in both domestic and commercial environments. • Build strong and positive relationships with customers, maintaining a can-do attitude and high levels of service. • Carry out fire cleaning, deodorising, and specialist cleaning tasks. • Pack, list, and remove contents to designated storage locations with care. • Maintain safe, tidy working areas and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
