In this role, you will support in the commercial decision-making, drive operational excellence, provide exceptional customer connections, and work in partnership with your Store Manager to ensure a successful business.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will:
Drive an exceptional and inclusive customer experience in every interaction.
Lead by example to inspire your team and customers.

Identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team, working with your SM.
Manage KPIs daily to meet and exceed targets.

Ensure excellent operations and stock management.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
At least 1+ year of experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
A positive attitude and willingness to grow alongside your Store Manager.
Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
A proven track record of driving budgets and achieving sales results.
Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
The ability to make decisions for the best business outcomes.
Ability to foster a positive, one-team culture.
Self-motivation and strong communication skills.
