Impact
* Lead and develop innovative strategies to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
* Inspire and motivate staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning within the Alternative Provision.
* Build strong partnerships with external agencies, post‑16 providers, and careers services.
* Champion the Oasis ethos and 9 Habits, creating a culture of inclusion, respect, and perseverance.
Qualifications
* A qualified teacher (Degree + PGCE or equivalent) – SENCO qualification desirable.
* We will consider anyone without QTS status if they have a strong background in working in education, particularly SEMH.
* Proven success in leading teams and raising achievement.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire others.
* A creative, resilient leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to transforming lives through education.
Located close to Lister Park, Oasis Academy Lister Park welcomes students aged 11–18 from Bradford, Manningham, Frizinghall, Heaton and beyond. The academy holds a “Good” Ofsted rating and fosters a highly inclusive setting with sophisticated SEND support.
