Chef de partie required for a fine dining kitchen in Oxfordshire, the standard of the food is fantastic. This is a 4 day week role, £35-40k package and will include some pastry as well as main kitchen. This is a really good opportunity; the hours are only 40 hours. You are also off for 2 weeks at Christmas (including christmas day off) and 2 weeks in the summer off. Learn fine dining - you do not need this background, just want to learn.
The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure it runs smoothly, the sections will change and will include some pastry. when on main kitchen you will prep your fridge, ensure it is ready for service and cook in service. this role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
Experience
we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, ideally some pastry as well. you will be from a rosette or fine dining background OR you from a fresh food background and want to learn this.
