Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Clinical Effectiveness & Regulatory Lead to join our Regulatory Team, with a competitive salary range on offer. This is a full-time role with shift hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate efforts related to regulatory document preparation and submissions.
* Develop and implement local monitoring systems to ensure compliance with national standards, including CQC.
* Review and prepare regulatory submissions for compliance.
* Identify relevant regulatory guidance and standards, both national and international.
* Interpret regulatory rules and communicate updates through SOPs, work instructions, or policies.
* Maintain current knowledge of regulations, standards, and guidance documents.
* Engage with regulatory agencies regarding submissions and compliance queries.
* Support clinical services in understanding evidence bases and best practices.
* Embed systems for ongoing audit and evaluation to inform continuous improvement.
* Advise project teams on regulatory and compliance issues.
* Maintain regulatory documentation databases.
* Determine required regulatory submissions for incidents and mandatory reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related healthcare field; Master’s preferred.
* Audit and Continuous Improvement training and experience.
* Knowledge of quality tools, lean principles, and change management.
* Experience managing organizational audits and supporting clinical systems or data analysis.
* Management of CQC inspections and healthcare governance experience.
* Strong organizational, planning, and data analysis skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
