As the Senior Design Engineer focusing on Structural Infrastructure, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Support design development and technical delivery activities within structural infrastructure.
- Undertake engineering calculations and technical assessments.
- Prepare and review technical deliverables.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external designers.
- Participate in technical reviews and design coordination meetings.
- Support buildability and engineering risk review activities.
- Ensure compliance with CDM and engineering assurance requirements.
To be successful in this Senior Design Engineer role, you will need:
- Degree qualified engineer in structural infrastructure design engineering.
- Around 5+ years’ experience.
- Experience undertaking engineering calculations.
- UK infrastructure experience preferred.
- Working towards chartership.
- Experience within contractor-led or design and build environments beneficial.
