As an HR Shared Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

To succeed in this role
You should have previous experience with a HR Shared Services Team, be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with HRIS or other HR technology platforms is desirable.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
