KAYAK is looking for a data-focused and performance-driven Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy team, supporting the LATAM & EMEA regions. This role requires a strong business intuition, excellent attention to detail, and analytical skills. Working closely with various teams, you will use data to identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities, contributing to strategies that drive revenue and partner growth.

In this role, you will:
* Provide strategic guidance to account owners to optimize partner advertising campaigns for engagement, reach, and value.
* Analyze large data sets proactively to investigate and prioritize information across multiple sources.
* Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to deliver insights and tell stories from data.
* Transform complex data into initiatives that support decision-making and pitches for the Commercial teams.
* Monitor key metrics like traffic patterns, performance trends, and A/B test results.
* Build relationships with account owners and success teams, designing strategies to increase partner revenue and value.
* Lead cross-regional and vertical projects to support growth and profitability.
* Assess market trends, competitiveness, and growth opportunities for partners.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, preferably in travel or e-commerce roles.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
* Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
* Basic SQL knowledge; experience with Cognos is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive risk/opportunity identification.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
