Key Responsibilities
* Managing and delivering accounts and audit assignments across a varied client portfolio, ensuring technical quality and deadlines are met
* Leading, supervising and mentoring junior members of the team to support their development and maintain high standards of work
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and ongoing advisory work
* Contributing to the growth and efficiency of the department, including involvement in workflow planning and process improvement
* Supporting partners with ad hoc projects and business development activity as required
Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong academic and professional track record
* Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Proven experience at manager level or approaching manager level, with the ability to lead on assignments with confidence
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships
* Driven, organised and committed to delivering work to the highest standard
