Job Title: Complex Case Manager (Non-Clinical)
Location: Denton
Salary: Up to 35K depending on experience plus bonus and on call payment
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Candidate Requirements
* Passion for people-first care
* Organizational and time management skills
* Understanding of CQC requirements
* Experience managing complex care involving clinical interventions (e.g., spinal injuries, brain injuries, MND, MS)
* Experience leading healthcare teams
* Driver with own vehicle
Core Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, ensuring holistic care
* Coordinate and lead care package transitions, start-ups, and ongoing management
* Uphold high standards of person-centred care
* Advocate for safety, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
* Develop care plans and conduct risk assessments
* Support care teams through observations, mentoring, and reviews
