A client in a leading multi-academy trust through a major transformation programme is seeking a Fundraising Associate to lead the design and early implementation of a fundraising strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a fundraising strategy to identify and prioritise donor segments.
* Design and deliver an integrated digital fundraising approach - including social and web campaigns, storytelling, and donor journey mapping.
* Plan and manage events and campaigns to engage potential donors and raise visibility of the trust’s impact and values.
* Develop the case for support and related collateral (digital content, campaign materials, donor briefings, success stories).
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in campaign management or development roles in charity, education or cultural sectors
* Proven track record in (digital) fundraising strategy and implementation.
* Strong understanding of donor behaviour and audience segmentation, including the ability to create emotionally compelling cases for support.
* Confident communicator, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as an ambassador for the programme and excellent project management skills.

* Duration: January – March (+ possibility to extend), part-time c. 1–3 days per week
* Day rate: Up to £600 Ltd
