Supply Desk are working closely with a lovely school in the heart of Milton Keynes. It is important to the school that children feel they are part of a caring, happy and safe school family that values the importance of respect, responsibility and friendship. They are currently in search of a passionate Learning Support Assistant that can relate to these values and fit in to their school family .
The Role:
* Working both 1:1 and small groups
* Supporting children with Learning & Behaviour Difficulties and Autism
* Delivery a variety of activities and lessons alongside the class teacher
* Reporting back to class teacher on students progress
* Temp-Perm role
The person:
* Experience working with Special Education Needs
* Have a transferable background such as care, social work, psychology grad
* Keen to learn and has a passion for working with children with learning difficulties
* Caring and supporting by nature
* Able to build rapport with pupils and staff
* A Child & Adult DBS currently on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
