Facilities Coordinator

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Facilities (Workplace Solutions) team as a Facilities Coordinator to support our workplaces in our London office and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work.

Abri’s Facilities team (Workplace Solutions) are committed to creating great workspaces for colleagues, ensuring our corporate buildings are safe, compliant, and creating environments that are collaborative and creative.
Your role
With your proven customer service abilities and positive, proactive nature you’ll play a key role in our Facilities team (Workplace Solutions). You’ll be responsible for:
* Keeping the environment and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard.
* Ensuring we are meeting regulatory and legal standards in terms of compliance and building safety.
* Engaging with our colleagues, providing a great service, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to the working environment.
* Building relationships with suppliers and contractors, taking responsibility for managing some of the contracts.
* Continuously looking to make sure our colleague journeys are great, bringing new ideas and solutions so we can make sure we’re always the best we can be.
* Providing strong customer service skills, accurate reporting, and compliance assurance.
What we’re looking for
No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can‑do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential.
Interview Process
There will be a two stage interview process for this role:
* First stage: 16 April 2026 via Microsoft Teams.
* Second stage: 23 April 2026, in person interview at Emily House, 202-208 Kensal Rd, London W10 5BN.
