Procurement Manager
Our client, a growing and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an experiencedProcurement Managerto lead their procurement function for their Oil&Gas and Mining sectors. The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for:
1. Leading, motivating and developing a team of Procurement Specialists.
2. Managing supplier and third-party relationships, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
3. Overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation through to order fulfilment.
4. Reviewing and authorising quotations, scopes of work and client bid requirements.
5. Using data to set, monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
6. Supporting the implementation of improved systems, processes and tools.
7. Monitoring industry trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Ensuring compliance, due diligence and risk management in all procurement activity.
