Job Description:
Based from home and working within the fast-growing BauWatch UK sales team, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on Regional Sales within Essex. You will be targeted to manage and grow both new and existing business.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales within your specific region and will work closely as a key part of the Central based Sales Team. This includes identifying, negotiating, and closing contracts to maximize market and sector penetration. You will support your peers and assist during times of illness and holiday.
With a primary focus on construction, you will prospect both at an office and site level, targeting built infrastructure and non-building assets.
Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative!
Key Tasks:
* Prepare and deliver customer or market-based business plans to maximize revenue in Essex
* Support other regional salespeople with leads and conversions, working collaboratively to achieve national targets
* Use all available resources to research markets and customers, ensuring opportunities are maximized
* Create and record new sales opportunities through targeted approaches, generating additional revenue channels
* Promote the BauWatch brand, core values, and mission
* Contribute to establishing BauWatch as a market leader in the UK
* Ensure full compliance with all H&S requirements, including PPE use
About You:

What’s On Offer:
* Salary £35,000-£43,000, depending on experience
* Individual and team commissions
* 37.5 hours/week
