They deliver vital services across the UK, supporting public sector clients with facilities management, engineering, and operational excellence. This role sits within our Avon and Somerset Region, managing three key establishments under a PFI contract.
Your new role
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will report to the Account Manager/ Director and be responsible for delivering operational excellence and achieving revenue targets across a portfolio valued up to £10 million. You'll lead a team of up to 20 people, ensuring statutory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across three court sites.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Provide day-to-day operational support to Site Managers, with a commitment to visit each site at least once every two weeks.
2. Ensure all sites maintain full statutory compliance, with inspections scheduled and completed ahead of expiry dates.
3. Support Site Managers in managing client relationships and maintain a visible presence with local stakeholders.
4. Lead the effective induction of new Site Managers into the contract, the wider Amey organisation, and their specific site responsibilities.
