Your new role

As Business Admin Manager, you will work closely with the owner and senior leadership team, supporting the day-to-day running of the business while building a centralised administrative function. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
This newly created role has wide visibility across the organisation. You will design and implement effective admin systems, including shared files, trackers, and reporting tools, ensuring information is organised, accurate, and actionable. You will support reporting across operations, training,pliance, and finance, turning data into clear outputs that support decision-making.
You will also focus on improving efficiency through better processes, templates, and the use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. In addition, you will provide direct support to the Owner, including diary management, coordination, and general business support.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll be highly organised, self-sufficient, andfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced environment. Strong systems thinking, excellentmunication skills, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities are essential. You’ll be proactive, able to challenge constructively, and focused on improving how the business operates.
