Casual Nursery Nurses (zero hours)
Location: Hallfield School, Edgbaston
Hourly rate: In line with National Living Wage (plus holiday pay). Shifts fall between the hours of 7:30am and 6:10pm
The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators with strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge to provide exceptional early years care and education on an ad hoc, casual basis.
Suitable candidates will:
•Work with children aged 3 months to 3 years under the direction of the Room Leaders and Deputy Nursery Manager, in a nurturing environment.
•Support the planning and delivery of exciting and enriching play and learning.
•Ensure care routines and observations are carried out to the highest standard.
•Build strong relationships with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.

The Ideal Candidate will:
•Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a nursery setting (working with children aged between 0 – 4 years)
•Hold an Early Years Educator qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC/Degree) Level 3 or above
•Have a positive, flexible approach and excellent communication skills
•Demonstrate a strong commitment to child-centred learning and development
•Have a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
•Be flexible and reliable, with excellent time keeping
