Personal Injury Lawyer sort for a successful Birmingham based law firm. The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join a supportive Birmingham team handling catastrophic and fatal injury cases, including serious orthopaedic, brain, spinal, amputee, and fatal injuries. You will have the chance to manage cases up to £100k independently and assist on higher-value cases, some exceeding £1 million. This role offers the autonomy to make real decisions while gaining experience alongside experienced colleagues. The Role Manage higher-value personal injury cases Focus on early intervention and client rehabilitation Maintain excellent client communication Progress cases efficiently and meet court deadlines Assess damages and work towards effective settlements Keep up to date with legal and regulatory changes Requirements Qualified solicitor or legal executive (2–10 years PQE) with experience in serious injury cases. Ability to handle cases up to £100k independently and assist on higher value cases. Strong client care and communication skills, with a focus on early intervention and rehabilitation. Litigation experience, including meeting court deadlines and managing limitations periods. Proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
