Role Purpose
We are looking for a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Account Manager with a true hunter mentality. You will be responsible for building your own book of business from the ground upidentifying prospects, opening new opportunities, and developing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
* Proactively source, prospect, and win new clients through outbound calling, networking, social engagement, referrals, and industry research.
* Build and grow a personal sales pipeline.
* Identify and qualify new opportunities.
* Present solutions confidently.
Account Growth & Management
* Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of clients.
* Maximise revenue opportunities.
* Develop strong long-term relationships.
* Maintain accurate CRM records.
Collaboration & Internal Engagement
* Work closely with internal teams.
* Leverage specialists to shape solutions.
* Participate in training and development.
Performance & Accountability
1. Meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
