Graduate Programme
This 3‑year programme offers a structured learning pathway and the option to rotate in Year 3 around the country across different business units, experiencing the engineering lifecycle. You will be assigned to a new or existing programme where you will work with and be supported by other engineers to design and develop engineering solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (Product Design Engineering, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, Design, Manufacturing & Engineering Management, or other mechanical engineering related degrees)
* Passion for engineering, inquisitive mind, intrinsic interest in people, leadership, and teamwork
* Permanent right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo government security clearance at BPSS and SC level before starting employment
