Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) with proficiency level at business standards.
* Previous experience in customer services or a similar field.
* Bonus points if you have additional language skills such as Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Hebrew, or Dutch but not required.
